"Karina has been wonderful helping me with several health issues, including jaw pain, headaches and fatigue following long covid. She is very empathetic and really tailors her treatment to any concerns in a given week. I have been to her during a migraine, and it made such a difference to stop to attack. With regular sessions I have made significant improvements to my wellbeing and (along with dietary changes) have really reduced my frequency of headaches - I can't remember the last time I felt this healthy.
